Valve without contact FCM
| The FCM100 non-contact valve is a jetting valve for dispensing dots and beads of low to medium viscosity products without contact with the substrate. The complete system consists of an FCM medium deposit valve (240 bar allowable), a valve controller (foot switch or 5V signal), and fittings, tubes and other accessories. Usually a reservoir, cartridge or pump provides the product supply for this dispensing valve. The quality of each component of the system, the control and the requirement of their manufacture, ensure a reliable, effective and durable unit. Simple and quick to calibrate, the FCM100 non-contact valve is used in automatic applications on platforms. |
