Built on a mechanism allowing to adjust independently rotation andrevolutionized. Global mixers ARE 400 TWIN mixe and deaerate a maximum of 500ml / 800 g of raw material . The drive of the jar is realized by gearings, the speed is stabilized by a brake. It allows to define and to reproduce optimalrecipes for the materials which temperature is difficult to check because it can detects the temperature of the product in real time. The PC connector (USB Type B) is installed on the back as standard. It allows the setting of rotation parameters during operation and temperature control.

With this device, the temperature of the material being mixed can be monitored in real time by the radiation thermometer method. In addition, as it is equipped with a gyroscopic sensor, the rotational speed can be calculated from the angular velocity and monitored in real time. Based on the rotation mechanism of the ARE-500, the maximum rotation speed of the ARV 501 is improved by 150%. It can be used in a wide range of applications. Vacuum degassing can be performed in combination with the dedicated PU-501 vacuum pump unit or by connecting an external vacuum pump. It is possible to degas materials containing organic solvents that are not suitable for the vacuum function. The rotation/revolution ratio is optimised.
