The ARV 931 TWIN uses a double mixing system and has the capacity to process a maximum of 1.86 kg of material. It is equipped with a vacuum function which allows mixing and dispersing as well as deaeration. It has two deaeration modes: - Vacuum, which combines a centrifugal force of 400G - Without vacuum, which uses a powerful centrifugal force of up to 670G.

With this device, the temperature of the material being mixed can be monitored in real time by the radiation thermometer method. In addition, as it is equipped with a gyroscopic sensor, the rotational speed can be calculated from the angular velocity and monitored in real time. Based on the rotation mechanism of the ARE-500, the maximum rotation speed of the ARV 501 is improved by 150%. It can be used in a wide range of applications. Vacuum degassing can be performed in combination with the dedicated PU-501 vacuum pump unit or by connecting an external vacuum pump. It is possible to degas materials containing organic solvents that are not suitable for the vacuum function. The rotation/revolution ratio is optimised.
