02 Our Micro dosing needles

The special dispensing needles designed by DL Technology are machined in a single stainless steel block, allowing for a smoother internal profile and improved flow.
Their chamfered needle outlets have a relief in order to allow a deposit adjacent to the component during the removal and makes it possible to completely control the quantity delivered.

	Needle for micro dispensing is used in one single inox bloc. The result allows having a smoother internal profile allowing the improvement of the delivered flow. The exit of needle is sloped to better control the quantity delivered. These needles are used for the electronic deposit of solder paste, of epoxy drivers, and of any other fluid for which it is important to maintain a fixed distance between the needle and the substratum. Available sizes : 12 in 32G Length : 6,35 mm and 8,89 mm

	Luer Needles The Luer needle allows you to improve the repeatability of the deposited volumes. The result allows having a smoother internal profile allowing the improvement of the delivered flow. The release of sloped needle has a relief to offer an adjacent deposit to the component during the dispensing. It application are epoxies dispensings, pastes to be brazed, welding mask and conductive adhesives. Available sizes : 22 to 28G Length : 6,35 mm
	Tapered needles Tapered needles can be used for every type of applications. Their design is extremely interesting when it comes to put down fluids very charged or very viscous. Available sizes : 18 to 21G Length : 6,35 mm
	Ceramic needles The ceramic needles are available in standard version or in Luer Lok version. They are molded in the ceramic and allow obtaining smaller inside diameters with a finish identical to that of the glass, this allow improving the flow of your fluids. These needles are specially used for the deposit of conductive epoxies, but can also be used for other fluids. Inside diameter : 0,24 mm Length : 6,35 mm
	Customized needles We can realize needles according to your demand, multi-farces, with an angle or a specific length. The dimensions according to your demand.
	Needles whith shape X Needles with shape x are designed for the deposit of conductive epoxies in » bonding die » application. The sizes : 0,5 x 5 mm to 5 x 5 mm
