Spray Valve

The FCS series spray valves are an excellent solution for precise deposition of reasonable (small to medium) quantities of liquid to fluid products, such as cyanocrylates, anaerobic, lubricants, solvents etc. These valves work on the low pressure – low volume principle with separation of fluid and air to the valve outlet. The distribution is uniform, the contours are clean and sharp. The precision of these valves allows for dots up to 5mm in diameter. Simple and quick to calibrate, the FCS series spray valve can be used in manual or automatic applications.

We recommend you to use this valve with the following fluids : glues, RTV, lubricants, epoxies, silicone, greases, putties.

The RC200 Series Spray Valves are used to deposit clean, uniform films of low to medium viscosity products on the inside walls of cylinders. This system incorporates double-acting needle valve technology with a compact air motor and a custom-designed spray nozzle. The combination of these proven technologies allows for precise dispensing (+-2%) and a clean, homogeneous and customised distribution of the coating.

The FCSPRAY 62 series spray valves have been specifically designed for spray applications of low viscosity liquids. Adjustable fluid flow and precise pre-spray, air and post-spray control with the versatile digital controller provide you with total control of the spray cycle. Downtime is virtually eliminated with only 1 seal to replace during routine maintenance.
