02 Details

The Precidose volumetric valve is a new volumetric dosing system. This is the miniaturization of a proven technique, the eccentric screw pump. The evolution of the methods and the materials allowed the realization of complex shapes in the realization of the screw and the stator. With this principle for the first time a volume of product can be moved forward and backward (anti-drop) since there is no outlet valve.

Operation :

The Precidose volumetric valve is a system based on the rotation of a receiving screw in a pressure-insensitive chamber. It consists of a stainless steel rotor and an elastomeric stator, forming a watertight assembly.

Oil, silicone, grease, glue, sealants, paint.
