Operation:
The PreciJet jetting system is a non-contact dispensing solution that uses a piezoelectric actuator to ensure optimal precision and repeatability. Thanks to its innovative new valve design, it enables precise and uniform deposits, even in confined spaces. It offers flexible adjustments during operation, advanced temperature/pressure control, and simplified maintenance, meeting the needs of industrial users.
Simplified Maintenance :
- Free Pairing: The system allows the nozzle insert and the plunger to be freely combined.
- Easy Replacement: The plunger can be replaced without moving the valve from its operating position, thereby avoiding downtime and complex replacements.
Main Applications:
- Corrosion Resistance: Suitable for all aqueous environments, organic solvents, weak acids, and weak bases.
- Adhesives, Greases, Sealants, etc.
PreciJet Valve
