Extruder pump (space-barrels)
With oversize engines, dual column elevators, and reinforced ends, these pumps have very strong capacities and consequently a reliability and a very recognized regularity. Few or no maintenance is necessary, these pumps are perfectly repeatable from a barrel to another and do not need attention.
The sizing of the tray upon request, and the joint very high quality, ensure a good adjustment and guarantee an excellent scraping of the walls of the barrel (decrease of the losses). Regulators pressure-product partners associated to these pumps are efficient and accurate thanks to the regulation by membrane animated pneumatically. This amplifies the effect of amortization and prevents jolts (in particular during the refilling of the pump). Our piping high pressure is in TEFLON ® covered with braided stainless steel girdle.It has a big capacity of high pressure and a great compatibility-product.
Simple or double membrane Pump
These pumps allow to extract fluids (weak to average viscosities) with high capacities of flow. The regularity and the compatibility with fluids thanks to stainless steel versions confers on these pumps a significant interest for liquid products.
Working thanks to a pneumatic mechanism, these pumps allow the pumping of the water, the gels, the muds, the pastes, the glues, the suspensions and the emulsions. They are adapted to the transfer of the viscous, abrasive or corrosive products.
