Our 7000 and ETC Series dispensers offer the widest range of features to enhance your fluid dispensing process. A robot instead of the operator’s manual trigger can trigger them all.

The Air – Pulse pneumatic dispensers are available in 0-1 Bar for very liquid products and 0-7 Bar for all other products. They benefit from a precise pressure adjustment to obtain a constant flow of the product and an adjustment of the dispensing time from 0,01s. to 60s. Applying a constant pressure (set on the dispenser) to a syringe for a given time (numerical value set on the dispenser) allows a repeatable amount of product to be dispensed, simply by pressing a foot pedal or push button.

02 Air-Pulse pneumatic dispenser

200 ETC

The 200ETC (digital) time/pressure calibrated dispenser is available in 0-1 bar and 0-7 bar. It is equipped with a MAC solenoid valve for optimal responsiveness and durability. This one allows an ultra-precise adjustment of the time of deposit to the thousandth of second thanks to its analogical timer.

300 ETC

The dispensing is calibrated time/pressure. 300ETC (digital) dispensers benefit from a precise time/pressure adjustment to obtain a constant flow of the product and a dispensing time adjustment to the thousandth of a second. They are recommended for the constant dispensing of liquid, fluid or pasty products of any kind, in a repetitive and calibrated manner.

Venturi pick-up systems

Venturi pick-up systems are designed for handling small parts, miniature components, chips etc. They are equipped with a vacuum solenoid valve that is electrically operated by foot pedal pressure

7150 Dispenser

The 7150 dispenser is available in a 0-1 bar version for very liquid products and 0-7 bar for other products. The dispensing is done at the “operator’s discretion” via a foot pedal.

7250 Dispenser

The 7250 dispenser, available exclusively in 0-7 bar, provides time/pressure calibrated dispensing in a more economical format than the 7350 dispenser and benefits from a dispensing time adjustment to hundredths of a second.

7350 Dispenser

The 7350 time/pressure calibrated dispenser is available in a 0-1 bar version, for very liquid products, and in a 0-7 bar version for other products. The 7350 is equipped with a MAC solenoid valve for constant flow rate and a time setting in hundredths of a second.

7550 Dispenser

The 7550 time/pressure calibrated dispenser is available in 0-1 bar and 0-7 bar. With a MAC solenoid valve, it allows precise dispensing of very small quantities of product and at the same time, it allows the positioning of small parts by suction (like the Pick Up dispenser).
