The Omnicure AC450 & AC475 LED Pad from Poly Dispensing Systems offers exceptional irradiance performance. It is equipped with high-emission LEDs that deliver 8W/cm² and include advanced optics to provide peak irradiance at long distances from the substrate.
Using Lumen Dynamics’ patented process, the Omnicure AC450 and AC475 LED Pad delivers consistent results by ensuring high longitudinal uniformity across the entire curing area between 50mm and 75mm.
It also offers the ability to convert a static curing process to one where the parts cure during movement to increase throughput.
The Omnicure AC450&AC475 LED pad offers precise control of irradiance level and time, which ensures that the correct dose of UV at the required wavelength is delivered at each exposure for a repeatable curing process. In addition, built-in air cooling eliminates the need for additional equipment such as water coolers.
