The FCS300

The FCS300 spray valve is specifically designed for spraying liquid to pasty materials. It offers the capability to create circular spray patterns ranging from 0.25 inch to over 2 inches, providing excellent flexibility for a variety of applications.

The atomized spray process generated by the FCS300 enables the production of round or elliptical patterns with exceptional efficiency, exceeding 99%. This ensures precise and uniform product distribution on the target surface, improving both process efficiency and coating quality.

An added advantage of the FCS300 is the optional integration of micrometric flow adjustment. This feature enables precise control of the spray flow, giving users the ability to finely adjust the process based on the specific needs of their application. This makes spray calibration easier than ever, ensuring optimal performance and high-quality results.

FCS300 includes several integrated features, including:

Low-pressure, low-volume atomization
Fluid body in 304 or optional 316L stainless steel for compatibility with a wide variety of chemicals
Interchangeable spray cap with round or elliptical pattern
Micrometric flow control with locking nut
Isolated valve design prevents fluid contamination of the control section
Compatible with all electronic conformal coatings
Wide viscosity range provides versatility for nearly all spray applications

Spare parts kit (ref kit) is also available for purchase and includes all necessary replacement parts for your valve.

The FCS300 enables circular patterns from 0.25 inch to over 2 inches, while the FCS300-ES, with its extension, is optimized for finer patterns from 0.125 to 0.5 inch in width.

Equipped with an extension, this FCS300 version is designed to produce circular spray patterns between 0.125 and 0.5 inches in diameter—ensuring precise, controlled coating.
