The CA753

Thanks to its unique design integrating an inert polymer diaphragm, the CA753 ensures perfect sealing and high chemical compatibility with a wide range of products, even highly aggressive ones. This type of diaphragm prevents any direct contact between the fluid and the valve’s mechanical components, thereby greatly reducing the risks of contamination, clogging, or premature wear.
Equipped with a quick-opening mechanism, the CA753 valve can operate at speeds of up to 500 cycles per minute, making it ideally suited for production environments requiring very high-speed serial dispensing.
Each valve features a precise manual adjustment knob that allows for fine-tuning of the fluid dispensing volume. This flexibility of use makes it easy to adapt to the specific requirements of each process, based on the fluid pressure, viscosity, needle outlet diameter, and valve open time.
