The Adapters & pots THINKY

Poly Dispensing Systems offers the most comprehensive range of pots and adapters that are 100% compatible with THINKY planetary mixers. Available in multiple sizes, these containers and adapters let you optimize mixing volumes from 12 mL to 4 L, offering flexible production capacities.

These planetary mixer containers are available with or without vacuum-ready holes (for vacuum mixing or standard atmospheric mixing). They come both as reusable and disposable versions, with or without lids.

Depending on your application, Poly Dispensing Systems also offers UV-resistant or metal pots to ensure compatibility with your materials. Some pots require an adapter to fit into our THINKY planetary mixers, ensuring a secure and optimal fit.

Adapter characteristics

Our adapters ensure proper fastening of your pots and syringes in the mixer, guaranteeing optimal results. They are designed to accommodate all THINKY pots and syringes up to 30 mL.

Standard adapters

For pots from 100 mL to 500 mL

Low-volume adapters

For pots from 12 mL to 125 mL

Large-volume adapters

For pots from 550 mL to 1000 mL

Syringe adapters

For one or multiple syringes of 3 mL, 5 mL, 10 mL, or 30 mL

For more specific mixing needs, Poly Dispensing Systems offers special adapters and containers designed to meet various production constraints.

Cooling adapter

For the most sensitive products during mixing, cooling adapters are available to prevent heat build-up in your materials during the process.

Connected adapters

With its wireless technology, the multi-sensor adapter can accommodate 150 mL or 300 mL pots and capture the real-time temperature of your products for continuous monitoring.
