The Precifluid® Volumetric Dispenser

Driven by a stepper motor that moves a defined product volume in a repeatable and controlled manner, this range goes far beyond the limitations of pneumatic dispensing systems—offering at least seven times more precision—and enables significantly smaller deposits than standard volumetric dispensers on the market, with a minimum volume down to 0.06 microliters. This patented dispenser is the only one that guarantees volumetric dispensing with such a high level of accuracy.

Designed and manufactured in France, the electromechanical movement of the PreciFluid® volumetric dispenser ensures record-breaking precision, regardless of viscosity or temperature fluctuations in the dispensed fluid. It also delivers high push force capacity, exceeding 500,000 cps.

The Precifluid® volumetric dispenser offers the possibility to operate in three distinct modes:

• Manual mode: When the cycle is triggered via foot pedal or a closed contact, the device performs dispensing at the preset speed. A retraction (suck-back) can be programmed when the cycle stops.
• Automatic mode: With each impulse (via foot pedal, finger switch, or automated signal), the dispenser performs a deposit according to the parameters saved in the active program.
• Sequence mode: A sequence consists of a series of programs-either different or identical-separated by a programmable time interval.
