The FCS300-ES

The FCS300-ES spray valve is an evolution of the FCS300, specifically designed to provide enhanced features and improved performance. This extended version is optimized for circular spray patterns ranging from 0.125 inch to 0.5 inch in width, allowing high-precision coating application.

The atomized spray process generated by the FCS300-ES ensures transfer efficiency above 99%, guaranteeing effective material use and uniform coverage on the target surface.

One of the major advantages of the FCS300-ES is its integrated micrometric flow adjustment. This feature enables operators to precisely regulate the spray flow, offering optimal control over the process. Fine adjustment facilitates calibration and adaptation of the valve to the specific requirements of each application, resulting in precise and reliable spray performance.

Low-pressure, low-volume atomized process
Fluid body in 304 or optional 316L stainless steel for compatibility with a wide variety of chemicals
Micrometric flow control with locking nut
Isolated valve design prevents fluid contamination in the control section
Compatible with all electronic conformal coatings
Wide viscosity range offers versatility for nearly all spray applications
