The FC100 / FC300

Key features of the FC100 include:

• Fluid body made of 304 stainless steel or optional 316L, offering broad compatibility with materials such as adhesives, greases, sealants, lubricants, RTVs, epoxies, and silicones
• Flow control adjustment with locknut
• Isolated design between fluid and control sections prevents leakage and contamination of the pneumatic section
• Reversible valve seat extends service life
• Pneumatic shut-off ensures precise and repeatable cycle stops, with spring assist to ensure material cut-off in the event of air loss
• Compatible with all Luer-Lock™ needle types
• High inlet pressure capability up to 241 bar for effective handling of viscous materials

The FC100-MC and FC300-MC versions enhance the design by offering micrometric stop flow adjustment, allowing for even finer tuning while retaining all integrated features of the FC100 and FC300 valves.

• Spare parts kits (FC1-SP) are available for all versions (FC100, FC100-MC, FC300, FC300-MC), including all parts required for valve maintenance
• Optional carbide plungers available for abrasive materials

• 1/4″ NPT fluid port for higher flow rates
• Adjustable flow control
• Pneumatic shut-off ensures precise and repeatable cycle stops, with spring assist for material cut-off in the event of air supply failure
• Compatible with all Luer-Lock™ needle types
• High inlet pressure capability up to 241 bar for effective processing of viscous fluids

As with the FC100, the FC300-MC version includes micrometric flow control for precise adjustment and retains all the FC300’s core features.
Spare parts kits (FC1-SP) are available for all models, with optional carbide plungers for abrasive products.
