The Vacuum mixers

The mixer bowl performs a planetary motion, rotating around a central axis while simultaneously spinning on its own axis much like planets orbiting the sun. This motion ensures a homogeneous distribution of ingredients inside the bowl, minimizing the risk of unmixed zones.

These mixers are equipped with a vacuum pump that creates a vacuum chamber and removes air during the mixing process. This prevents the introduction of unwanted air into the material and ensures optimal degassing control (i.e., the removal of dissolved gases from materials). This is particularly critical for oxygen-sensitive materials or those prone to forming air bubbles, which could compromise the final product’s quality.
