Technology and materials

The PreciDose 2K relies on advanced progressive cavity pump technology, where a rotor and stator create a precise, sealed dosing chamber. This design allows homogeneous mixing and deposition, unaffected by viscosity changes.

Industrial applications

Thanks to its versatility, the PreciDose 2K is utilized across various industries, including:

  • Automotive: application of bi‑component adhesives, sealants, and mastics
  • Electronics: deposition of resins and conductive adhesives
  • Medical devices: dosing of biomedical polymers
  • Aerospace: assembly with high‑performance resins
  • General industry: encapsulation, structural adhesives, potting and filling processes

Precision and flexibility

  • Provides constant volumetric dosing, regardless of component viscosity
  • Adjustable mix ratio from 1:1 to 12:1, ideal for multi‑component applications
  • ±1% dosing precision with over 99% repeatability
  • Not affected by changes in viscosity or fluid pressure

Multiple operation modes & ergonomic design

  • Manual mode: activated via foot pedal or switch, with optional suck‑back to avoid residue
  • Automatic mode: triggered by a pedal, finger control, or PLC, with programmable memory support

Robust and Ergonomic

  • Robust, compact design optimized for robotic or production line integration
  • Servo motor ensures accurate, smooth fluid delivery with minimal maintenance
  • Compatible with a wide range of fluid viscosities (up to 1,000,000 cps)

Materials in contact with fluid

  • Metals: stainless steel SUS304 and SUS316L, aluminum
  • Elastomers: FKM, NBR, EPDM, HNBR, FFKM

Fluid connections

  • Inlet: G 1/8″
  • Outlet: Luer‑Lock for quick and secure connections

Control unit

The PreciDose 2K is operated via an ergonomic touchscreen control unit with:

  • Dimensions (L × W × H): 251 × 221 × 127 mm
  • Weight: 3.4 kg
  • Power supply: 100–240 V, 50–60 Hz
  • Output power: 13.5 W
  • Max inrush current: 2 A
  • Output voltage: 9 V
  • Output current: 1.5 A
  • Inputs: pedal, finger control, dry contact
  • Output: dry contact, 500 ms duration signal

Accessories and Compatibility

The Precidose 2K is compatible with various mixing nozzles, adapted to different mixing ratios.

Reference Mixing rate Mixer type
762-MB1 1:1 Bayonet mixer
762-MB2 2:1, 3:1, 10:1 Bayonet mixer
762-MA1 1:1 Bayonet mixer
762-MA2 2:1, 3:1, 10:1 Bayonet mixer
762-MC1 1:1 Bell mixer
762-MC2 1:1 Bell mixer
