This range includes a variety of essential products for your dispensing processes, such as syringes and pistons selected based on the type of material to be dispensed and your production rate. In fact, syringe size will vary depending on your specific requirements.

Tip caps and end caps also play a key role in ensuring optimal sealing and protection of your material within its container during storage, especially in the case of frozen syringe storage prior to use in production.

Syringe adapters are required for use with pneumatic dispensing systems. Finally, we offer a wide selection of needle tips, each carefully chosen based on several criteria—such as the dispensing method, the application area, the type of substrate, and the chemical compatibility of the dispensed material with the needle. The same applies to the choice of static mixers for two-component products requiring the blending of parts A and B. Factors like the material’s working time and the mix ratio must be considered.

OPTI range

As an established and recognized player in the dispensing market, Poly Dispensing Systems has chosen to relocalize its OPTI range, now entirely manufactured in France. We made the decision to move our production facility closer in order to ensure maximum responsiveness, better control over our manufacturing process, and to effectively meet the demands of manufacturing industries—while also reducing our carbon footprint.

In addition, each of our dispensing consumables is meticulously developed and undergoes rigorous quality testing to ensure compliance with industry standards. We have implemented a batch traceability system to guarantee effective quality and compliance management. Service quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.

Needles

Poly Dispensing Systems (PDS) dispensing needles are fully compatible with our syringes, thanks to the Luer Lock connection system.

Each needle, whether packaged in bulk or in box, is assigned a unique lot number. Our commitment to manufacturing excellence is reflected in our strict production tolerance, ensuring reliable and precise products every time.

Our needles follow a universal color-coding system, allowing for quick and easy identification. They are available in various lengths, from 0.25 to 1.5 inches, and in a range of standard gauges from G14 to G32. This variety allows us to meet the specific requirements of each application, ensuring optimal performance.

For added protection against UV rays, we also offer a UV-barrier option, providing stability for light-sensitive materials.

Precision Stainless Steel Needles

Stainless steel precision needles are intended for micro-dispensing applications with various fluids, such as solder pastes, conductive adhesives, greases, UV adhesives, and thermal pastes. They feature a universal color code and high manufacturing tolerance. The conical shape promotes smooth material flow, reducing pressure drop and resulting in higher flow rates and lower working pressure, thus optimizing dispensing efficiency.

Rigid Tapered Needles

Rigid tapered needles are made of polypropylene and provide light protection. They are designed for dispensing medium to high viscosity fluids or filled materials. They are especially recommended for volumetric dispensing, particularly with our Precifluid dispenser. These needles are suitable for dispensing epoxy resins, RTV silicones, and solder pastes.

Standard Stainless Steel Needles

Standard stainless steel needles are compatible with most fluids and burr-free dispensing applications. They feature a polypropylene hub and a stainless steel cannula.

Syringes

All our syringes are made of polypropylene, silicone-free certified, and equipped with a Luer Lock outlet for easy needle attachment. They can withstand burst pressures of up to 20 bar. Thanks to our high-quality manufacturing and quality control processes, we ensure consistent repeatability in production.

Our syringes are available in three different colors:
Clear, for use with all types of non-UV-sensitive fluids.
Amber, providing UV protection between 240 and 550 nm while allowing fluid level visibility during dispensing.
Opaque black, ideal for fully blocking light when using adhesives or photosensitive fluids.

We offer two syringe ranges, both compatible with all our pneumatic dispensers and suitable for feeding our dispensing valves.

OPTI Range Syringes

OPTI range syringes feature cylindrical barrels with 0° tapering, which minimizes product loss at the syringe tip when the piston reaches the end of its stroke. This design helps optimize production costs by reducing material waste. These syringes are the only ones exclusively compatible with our Precifluid volumetric dispensers and work with two types of OPTI pistons.

Caps and Plugs

For syringe storage, we offer a range of suitable end caps and tip caps. The OPTI range includes blue end caps (available in sizes from 3 cc to 55 cc) and blue triple-seal tip caps designed to prevent contamination, compatible with all syringe sizes. The standard range includes orange end caps (also from 3 cc to 55 cc), and tip caps available in orange, clear, white, or black ideal for UV-sensitive fluids.

Pistons

All our pistons are made of polyethylene and are guaranteed silicone-free. When paired with our syringes, they can withstand burst pressures of up to 20 bar.
Thanks to our rigorous manufacturing processes and systematic quality control, we ensure repeatability in the production of our syringes and pistons.

We offer two piston ranges:

  • Standard pistons, compatible with standard AirPulse syringes
  • OPTI pistons, exclusively designed for use with our OPTI syringes

The standard piston range includes a variety of models with varying levels of fit, depending on the viscosity of the dispensed fluid. These include DripFlow pistons, SW Flow pistons, white double-lip standard pistons, and neoprene and rubber pistons.

To ensure optimal dispensing and proper fit within the syringe, the piston must accompany the product throughout its flow, even when no pneumatic or mechanical pressure is applied.

The OPTI piston range is characterized by its double-lip design, which helps eliminate trapped air and prevent leaks.

This cartridge range is certified for aerospace applications, making it suitable not only for that industry but for many others as well.

Static mixers

Static mixers have an elongated shape similar to a syringe but are much narrower, and they attach to the end of two-component cartridges. Designed for the rapid mixing of dual-component fluids, they are intended for single use.

Equipped with an integrated mixing element, these mixers enable the two fluid components—part A and part B—to interlace as they pass through a series of helices inside the specially designed tube. This interaction occurs just seconds before application, ensuring uniform dosing and a precisely controlled mix.

Moreover, the two components only come into contact inside the static mixer, preventing premature mixing. This is especially advantageous for fast-reacting materials, as it helps avoid contamination of the dispensing system and minimizes the risk of equipment damage.

There is an almost unlimited variety of static mixers, with different inlet and outlet shapes, sizes, and dimensions to suit a wide range of needs. For example, “Turbo” mixing nozzles, with a square internal shape, allow for a shorter mixer length while maintaining the same mixing performance—thereby speeding up the mixing process over a compact distance.

The choice of static mixer depends on several parameters, including:

  • The viscosity difference between the two materials to be mixed
  • The ratio gap between the two components
  • The expected flow rate, as well as the required length and diameter

Key elements to define when selecting a static mixer:

  • Inlet and outlet type
  • Inner diameter
  • Inlet tip diameter
  • Outlet tip diameter
  • Number of mixing elements
