Implemented Solution
Installation of an automated GRACO PR70 dispensing system
enabling direct dispensing of perfectly mixed, bubble-free epoxy adhesive into syringes used by operators.

- 8-liter tanks providing suitable autonomy for medium and large production volumes
- Precise volumetric dispensing ensuring the correct amount of adhesive
- Intuitive HMI allowing selection of up to 50 dispensing programs
- Automatic purging system reducing consumption of static mixers
- Data logging and export of production and error reports in Excel format, facilitating adhesive consumption analysis
